How long until my order arrives?
Production takes 2–5 business days (your piece is printed to order), then US shipping takes 3–5 business days. Most orders arrive within 5–10 business days total. You'll get a tracking link the moment it ships.
What are the shirts actually like?
Tees are the Bella+Canvas 3001 — the soft, retail-fit standard, not a boxy promo shirt. Crewnecks are the heavyweight Gildan 18000. Measurements for both are on the
size guide.
How do I pick a size?
Check the
size guide and measure a shirt you already love — lay it flat and compare the chest width. Between sizes? Size up. Made-to-order items can't be exchanged for sizing, so it's worth the 60 seconds.
How should I wash it?
Inside out, cold water, tumble dry low or hang dry. Don't iron directly on the print. Treated that way, the print outlasts the season it came from — by years.
My order arrived misprinted or damaged.

Can I return or exchange it if I change my mind?
No — every piece is printed just for you, so there's no warehouse to return it to. That's also why designs retire with the season. See the
returns policy for the fine print.
Can I cancel or change my order?
Only before production starts, which is usually within hours.

Do you ship outside the US?
Not yet — US addresses only for now. The drop list will hear it first when that changes.
When does the next drop land?
Four a year: Fall in September, Winter in November, Spring in February, Summer in May. Join the drop list on the homepage for the lookbook and early access — one email per season, nothing else.
