Effective July 27, 2026. Fourcast Apparel ("Fourcast", "we") runs fourcastapparel.com. This page explains what information we collect when you shop with us and what we do with it. The short version: we collect what an order needs, we share it only with the partners who print, pay, and ship, and we never sell it.

What we collect

When you place an order we collect your name, email address, shipping address, and the items you bought. When you pay, your card details go directly to our payment processor over an encrypted connection — full card numbers never touch our servers. If you join the drop list we store your email address. If you write to us through the contact form we keep the message so we can reply.

How we use it

We use your information to print and ship your order, to email you the receipt and tracking link, to answer your messages, and — only if you subscribed — to send one email per season about the next drop. Every marketing email has an unsubscribe link that works immediately.

Who we share it with

Three kinds of partners, and only what each needs: our print-on-demand partners (Printify and its US print facilities) receive your name, shipping address, and the items to print; our payment processor handles your payment; our email provider delivers our messages. Carriers get the label. We do not sell or rent personal information to anyone, full stop.

Cookies

We use a small number of first-party cookies to keep your cart, remember preferences, and keep sessions working. We do not run third-party advertising trackers.

Retention

Order records are kept as long as we need them for accounting, warranty, and legal purposes. Drop-list emails are kept until you unsubscribe. Contact messages are kept while the conversation is open.

Your rights

You can ask for a copy of the personal information we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it (we may keep what tax law requires). Use the contact form or email support@fourcastapparel.com and we'll handle it within 30 days.

Children

Our store isn't directed at children under 13 and we don't knowingly collect their information.

Changes

If this policy changes we'll update this page and the effective date above. Meaningful changes get a notice on the homepage.
