Effective July 27, 2026. These terms govern purchases from fourcastapparel.com, operated by Fourcast Apparel ("we"). Placing an order means you accept them.

Made to order

Everything we sell is printed after you order it — nothing sits in a warehouse. That's the whole idea, and it has two consequences worth knowing: production takes 2–5 business days before shipping, and orders enter production quickly. If you need to cancel or fix an address or size, contact us immediately — once an order is in production we usually can't stop it.

Orders and acceptance

Your order is an offer to buy; we accept it when we email your confirmation. We may cancel and fully refund any order — for example if a price was listed in error or a product was retired — and we'll tell you why.

Pricing and payment

Prices are in US dollars and can change between drops. Tax is added at checkout where required. Payment is collected when you place the order, processed by our payment provider — we never see or store full card numbers.

Shipping

Estimated production and delivery windows are on the shipping page. They're honest estimates, not guarantees — carriers and print queues have busy weeks, especially near holidays. You'll get a tracking link the moment your order ships.

Returns and problems

Our full policy lives on the returns page. The heart of it: misprinted, damaged, or lost orders get a free replacement or refund; made-to-order items can't be returned for a change of mind, so check the size guide before you buy.

Our designs

The designs, brand, and content on this site belong to Fourcast Apparel. Buying a shirt buys you the shirt — it doesn't license the artwork for reproduction or resale.

Acceptable use

Don't use the site to do anything unlawful, don't probe or disrupt it, and don't submit content through our forms that is abusive or infringes someone else's rights.

Disclaimers and liability

The site and products are provided "as is." To the fullest extent the law allows, our total liability for any claim is limited to what you paid for the order in question. Nothing here limits rights that consumer law gives you and won't let us take away.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Michigan, USA, without regard to conflict-of-law rules.

Changes

We may update these terms between drops; the version on this page at the time you order is the one that applies to that order.
